I've started a thread in the Artwork mailing list in order to improve the
current LXDE artwork from the next openSUSE version. The idea is to replace
both the default GTK theme, Clearlooks, and the Openbox theme with Adwaita.
The removal of the panel image background would be, in my opinion, a good idea
because it isn't scaled to fit the panel height and it doesn't looks nice when
their heights don't match. There are some images linked in the Artwork thread
for you to see the proposed changes. Please, post your ideas there.
If the issue goes on, and we agreed on what we want to change, the next step
would be to see how we proceed: changes needed in config files and or
packages. I've opened this thread for this purpose.
