-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 ok people.. i am here to ask you now should lxde provide XFBURN or BRASERO as CD burning tool? the main reason to NOT use XFBURN is fixed... thunar package has been fixed (already into x11:xfce, ready to be submitted to factory). that means no more un-needed xfce depencies are required... no more thunar than... what now... should we keep brasero or go back to our original choise xfburn? no pcmanfm on OS 11.0 / 11.1

Hi, is there a reason why current pcmanfm is not provided with OS 11.0 or 11.1? after reboot sensors are not detected

I am a longtime user of gkrellm. Especially important are for me the temperatures, fan-speed and voltages after having been bitten by a non- functioning fan. In my LXDE setup this is one program I automatically start. Found out though, that after the initial reboot the information of the sensors is not read. In order to show the information I have to log out and log in after which all data are shown as expected. Blackbox

Like the LXDE setup. After a blackout which took to long for the UPS, I rebooted and found at halfway choices a new window choice. Apart from the two usual KDE choices, I could choose LXDE or KDE Blackbox. As I am really looking for a light window manager I was wondering if somebody has some figures/comparison between the various WM products. KDE Blackbox has some of the features I had made in LXDE and seem lighter than the normal KDE. Which part is still KDE? want to fade out KDE

Have LXDE up and running and are quit satisfied with it. Want to fade out or get rid of KDE because with my hardware it is way to massive. Where should I start? Assume that I could reduce the software repositories. E.g. remove KDE factory. Is there a (favorite) list of repositories for LXDE openSUSE? How may I get a cleaner LXDE?
