Hi all,
I am using LXDE from X11:lxde on my laptop with openSUSE 12.2 and I am
facing a strange behavior.
Since I use an external monitor that I connect on boot, on login I
have both external monitor and laptop display set to 1024x768.
After the login, I run the command
xrandr --output LVDS1 --off --output VGA1 --auto
to disable laptop display and to use only the external monitor at 1920x1200.
As a result, the desktop background is not stretched automatically to
the new resolution, even if desktop preferences says so.
The background I obtain is just tiled with copies below and on the
right of the 1024x768 background.
I need to change desktop preferences to center (or something else) and
back to stretch to fill in order to have wallpaper actually stretched.
Do you have some info about this problem?
Note that everything works as expected when I was using the same
repository on oS 12.1.
Best,
Andrea
