I have a similar system to Mikhail Glumov above. CPU: Intel Core i7-10700k (stock multiplier and voltages) GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 3070 BIOS Mode: UEFI Mainboard: Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite AX Secure Boot: OFF Installed RAM: 32.0 GB Whether through a freshly burned install USB using Balena Etcher, or running from the system itself, Kernel 5.14 will hang on "loading initial ramdisk. . ." indefinitely. Disabling quiet boot yields no information. Fortunately it isn't a hard freeze, as ctrl-alt-del will reboot unless it has sat here for too long. It seems to activate certain things, such as my keyboard and mouse lighting. I can also hear machine activity, but it hangs here. Back when I had a WORKING system, there would be ACPI errors detected, but the system would usually gracefully pass them and boot anyway without issues. The system CAN be booted with acpi=off flag set, but of course will only go to terminal. using ALT-F6 to go to the default desktop environment will show that the system stopped loading after: [OK] Started Locale Service nomodeset does not seem to have an effect. Switched to the latest OBS Kernel:stable repo with the same results. Switched to kernel 5.15.0 -rc3 with the same results. Switched to repo: openSUSE-15.2/standard/x86_64/ using kernel-default-5.3.18-lp152.258.1.g8c497bb kernel. This one boots with default boot parameters! Graphics, login screen, and all! Note:(It just doesn't like my wired internet connection, but that's probably a different issue altogether, as the terminal-only sessions seem just fine.) Switched to kernel 5.13.12, also boots, but no graphics, only terminal. Alt-F6 also shows that it stops loading after: OK] Started Locale Service Provided HWinfo dump from that session as an attachment above. I hope this helps! (But no graphics) I was able to do a hwinfo dump to this text file, hoping it provides a clue.
