A better solution is for evolution to recognise tnef plugins and unpack them automagically rather than present a winmail.dat file for separate processing. Use Case: Contact sends an email with attachments from outlook or exchange. Attachments are packed as winmail.dat files. Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: windows outlook & exchange persist and contacts are unable to easily prevent it from sending these nasty attachments. Opening these attachments is difficult in evolution - the file must be saved somewhere, unpacked using tnef then the attachments found and viewed. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/318022
