Beside fixing issues with "argument list too long" (which could be solved with xargs) it is very useful to utilize multiple cores or even machines on the script level (I use it to form a simple compute cluster). Thanks to that, codelite (http://codelite.org/) can use wxcrafter (http://wxcrafter.codelite.org/) GUI RAD plugin. This plugin is not open sourced and won't be provided via obs, but if users want to install it, let them use it. Now after installation, ldd /usr/lib64/codelite/wxCrafter.so prints out: libwx_gtk2u_webview-2.9.so.4 => not found and plugin is not usable. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/314965
