So we even have a way that we can seemlessly upgrade existing userspace setups to using ext4 without having to make any system configuration changes (except installing a new kernel, of course)." It could work by users going into Control Center and clicking on "Computer Tracking" and then they type in their email address and choose when they want the ip address of the internet connection sent to them, like this: Find your lost or stolen computer: Your Email Address: example(a)example.com (mailto:example@example.com) Send Location : Never Once per Hour Once per Day If the computer has a GPS or wifi connected then those co-ordinates could be sent too. I've always been a fan of YaST, but now that saX is deprecated, there is no (newbie)option anymore to configure graphics card from within console. Let's say x won't start after some update, or misconfiguration... We used to do some sax2- r -m 0=vesa, fix the issue and return back to what is was. I know you men are developing Akonadi, after that, contacts/calendars can be sync to Google Contacts/Calendars then Kontacts/Korgnaizer. But actually it is just like 2 stationary FTP connections. The bluetooth idea is something that I can sync anything I want to every device in my room directly, not using any transition like Google, not requiring network connections. Of course I can also sync with Google, but it is another case. Actually you did it before. Kitchensync is an amazing software. And you said you will rewrite it. But the new version (not usable yet) can not sync with mobile directly, not to mention backup SMS (some places in the world, banks use SMS to send bills) . So come on, Symbian has only 4 versions, S40, S60v3, S60v5 and Symbian 3. Its protocols are easy for you. Nokia will remain top in next decade. Unlike gnome-NetworkManager, KNetworkManager does not support hybrid-auth. Sure, it's not a big deal to connect via cli (when you have an ssl-enabled vpnc installed) but hybrid-auth integration into KNetworkmanager would make openSUSE and KDE much more attractive to university students and staff, for example. There's a bug report in KDE's bug tracker (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219118) which seems to be worked on. The gnomes were faster, they already have a patch (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=495893) . I'd really appreciate seeing hybrid-auth capability in KNetworkManager. I found 11.2 installer to be very confusing. What I found confusing was the partition part and where it talks about sda1, sda2, etc. Most beginners won't even know what these mean. My feature request is to make the installer less confusing by first displaying all the partitions and hard drives on a user's computer and users can select 1 or more partitions to install OpenSuse too like this: Tick the drive/s | partitions you want to install OpenSuse on: C: Label 20GB D: Label 50GB E: Label 1TB After users have chosen the drives/partitions only then will the partition edit/creation options be shown, and they'll only apply to the drives/partitions a user chose before. -- openSUSE Feature: https://features.opensuse.org/309358
