I think it would be very interesting that the included version will be 5.1.38, because the InnoDB plugin is included into it. Maybe, the two versions (5.0 and 5.1) were in the distribution (like Ubuntu/Debian). Use Case: Many companies, like us, use openSUSE for all our servers. Business case (Partner benefit): openSUSE.org: This would solve a lot because we would have a power optimal version for the company, within the openSUSE distribution.
