It would be interesting if you see it with 10.2 alpha5, too. I assume it's a problem that we simply do not manage to trigger because we do something different than you - or some configuration file has other information. And without reproducing it is hard to fix anything, or even to find out what's it causing. The checkbox on the previous dialog could be disabled or rather hidden. It depends on you how you decide...
