In that dialog, the "View Profile" button does nothing - while it is expected to show the inactive local profile. The problem is that aa-genprof uses 'less' to display that profile, even in JSON mode. @YaST team: Since this affects YaST, I'm CC'ing you FYI. You don't need to do anything - I can / have to fix this on the AppArmor side. The fix can even use the existing JSON layout, so no changes are needed on the YaST side (tested with the already-fixed aa-genprof). When you open the file and start paging through it the soffice.bin process consumes CPU and memory uncontrollably, and the whole X session soon becomes unusable. The same thing happens if you try to export to PDF, or use unoconv to do a batch conversion. Libreoffice is version LibreOffice 6.4.2.2 40(Build:2). To reproduce, type unoconv -f pdf -T 20 EVIL-working-in-the-textile-mills.pptx It is a good idea to set up a terminal session (using cntrl-alt-F1) before you start the conversion so that you can see what is going on and kill the rogue process. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

This window pops up twice and the dialog for signing the PDF never appears. If I do create that file (by just doing a touch), the button doesn't do anything (in the latest version of LibreOffice, in the version shipped with 15.1 it says that there is a signature and it's in an old format). Using the signing functionality of exporting the file as a PDF works fine. It also works fine to sign Writer documents. With each -rc1, there is a lot of new config options which need to be set. For most architectures it's up to the branch maintainer (i.e. me) to choose reasonable defaults. For ARM architectures, branch maintainer disables their build on update to -rc1 and it's up to ARM developers to update the ARM configs and reenable the build. You can see the repeating pattern in git log.
