The bug where automounted home directories fail seems to be back with 228
It is best described here
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/1566508
Adding ExecStartPre=/bin/sleep 10 in sssd.service generally fixes it.
Or you can go to a console and restart autofs then you can log in graphically.
I didn't notice this bug in earlier builds

Please discuss your unrelated boot problems in a new Bugzilla, if they persist.
You can always download newer images directly from OBS with osc getbinaries or
even via the Web interface (login needed for downloading):

Really helpful. I linked the Bug report. I know Opensuse doesn't develop
sane-backends. And i linked the Bug report. You really didn't read anything.

Do you get more information, e.g. kernel messages? Otherwise it's just a
WONTFIX bug again.

Trying to do so.
Once more failed to resume, this time in yet another different way. Tried to
resume. Saw a screen with mouse pointer only, no password prompt yet
displayed. Moved mouse pointer at this point. Saw screen filled with black
and white stairs-like pattern. Pointer moves, but no responses to keys. Then
Alt-Ctl-f6 switched to tty 6. Then 4 strings of some log messages about `eth0'
appeared. No responses to any other keys, including switching to other virtual
terminal, or Alt-Ctl-Del. Did respond to power button, powered off correctly.

There seems to be an unofficial version 0.26 at least for TW:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:luc14n0:branches:devel:languag….
Maybe he can help.
