Open Yast log with `less /var/log/YaST2/y2log`, go to the end of the file with [End] and try to take a picture of the log with your phone, camera, etc. and attach the picture. It should contain a backtrace of the error. You have to do this right after you get the error (before clicking OK). Only way to recover is by power-down/up. Prior to YaST starting, the display is OK. Installation using text appears to be possible although I did not go through the whole process. The latest installation to fail was "openSUSE-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-Snapshot20141221-Media.iso". I've verified that the official openSUSE 13.2 DVD installs OK on the system.
