apache2 main configuration file
After upgrading from openSUSE 13.1 to 13.2, apache2 on my servers is not
responding properly anymore. Any request is answered with "Error 403". The
error log reports "client access denied" for all files and links in
/srv/www/htdocs, when access is attempted via localhost.
All HTML files are readable for "others".
/etc/apache2/default-server.conf had been modified in an earlier OS version,
but the only change was the addition of "Options Indexes, FollowSymlinks".
