If "/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/ondemand/ignore_nice_load" is set to 1, the cpu frequency hits bottom rock and stays there, irrespective of processes that run with normal priority and should cause the cpu frequency to go up. It errors with the following error: err: /Stage[main]/Rsyslog::Files/File[sudo.conf]/ensure: change from absent to file failed: Could not set 'file on ensure: undefined method `&' for "644":String at /etc/puppet/environments/production/modules/rsyslog/manifests/files.pp:42 notice: Finished catalog run in 0.49 seconds I have tested on other files generated by source and the same error applies. Only when the file already exists does the file get replaced by the template. It should reverse the scrolling direction on the touchpad. It works on GNOME 3.10 in Fedora and Ubuntu so I believe that this bug is specific to openSUSE. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Settings Manager 2.Click Mouse & Touchpad 3.Check Natural scrolling Actual Results: GNOME behaves as though natural scrolling is not enabled. Scrolling behaves the same as default. Expected Results: Natural scrolling should be enabled.
