If I want to connect to a wifi network and it is not known when I click
on NewConnection->wlan0 then there is no way how I can rescan available
wireless networks, I always have to cancel and go through the menus again,
which is quite a pain (esp. when using touchpad).
There should be something like a Rescan button.

software management: "search in" fields are ignored
I run SM, I turned on "name" field ONLY, search mode "contains", and for search
I entered "x11". The results? Plenty:
aalib
abiword
acroread
alsa
..
the list is quite long. It makes any management _really_ difficult because I
have to search packages manually.

When composing a posting in Knode, a mis-spelled word is underlined. A
right-click on this word now highlights the area to the left of the word. The
first letter is highlighted and the length of the highlighted area corresponds
to the length of the word but extends to the left of the first character
instead of the right. If an alternate spelling is selected, the replacement
spelling is placed in the highlighted area - almost completely inserting the
word apart from overwriting the first character.
All updates from factory have been installed to date.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open composer in Knode
2.Enter a deliberately mis-spelled word
3.Right-click on the underlined area
Actual Results:
High-lighted area extends from first character leftwards of word
Expected Results:
High-lighted area extends from first character rightwards over word

It would be nice to have an option in config.xml to change the vga=0x$$$
parameter to a user defined value. This is necessary for preloads when a
customer wants a higher resolution for firstboot and bootsplash.

After updating 10.3 to 11.1 two totally different and independent computers
freeze after some hours. My desktop computer (used to be running 24/7 on
opensuse 10.3) freezes at
about 5 to 6 am (different every day), with no trace in the logfiles.
The time is different every day and no cronjob is running at this time.
The laptop freezes erratically after a few hours with the CAPS LOCK LED
blinking.
Both computers were running fine with 10.3. After the freeze described here,
power off is the only remedy. HELP!
