This is consistent for all the themes I tried. It doesn't matter if I use the Novell style menu or the kde style. The results list showed a wrong sort order. There is an override by the "." - the list shows 2 sections: First sort criteria: Name or type Second sort criteria: Modified This is confusing to me, if the requested action "sort by date" is not possible the system should send me a note. See screenshot 1. 2. when navigating files and folders with arrows, konq skips some dirs/files. When changing the Appearance -> Height for icon text Appearance -> Width for icon text settings in Konqueror's configuration dialog, nothing seems to happen. There seems to be a built-in setting that never changes. Additionally, when the text is too long, the icon occupies more space for some reason. Used openSuSE10.2 and openSuSE10.3 in 64bit. Because 1000Mbit mode cannot be set to Half-Duplex, and AutoNegotiations stays on, the 1000Mbit connection does not work. The problem seems to be related to the auto-negotiation usage, which can be switched off by setting the speed and duplex type, but not for 1000 MBit! I saw anywhere in the net a note (from Linux Torwald ?) about a problem with some Intel e1000-cards about problems when register polling is done and autonegotiation is on.
