However, since the variable is usually set here in a way, that it can't be used by osc on OBS and since most people get confused that "osc build" behaves in a non documented way, this usage should get removed. Alternatively, it may makes sense to support a $OSC_DEFAULT_REPO enviroment instead, what can also be used by externals.
