It took me several hours of searching befor I found why my postfix hangs under increasing load. The default configuration of the package should be raised to a more useful value. The value 2 might be very secure, but not usefull. This does not affect the base Squirrelmail functionality, but makes it look uglier than necessary. This functionality does not exist any more with openSuSE 10.2, what is quite annoying.
