I found that it would connect Ok (using Ultra-VNC on Windows XP - port 5901) but would only display the grey and black checked background and wouldn't display anything else - no login screen/dialogs. I've tried the web remote admin as well and it doesn't seem to work. I've installed fresh about 3 times on this box and a couple of times on another and they both do the same thing. But with 10.2 it does not work at all. If I try to keep A, there is still conflict (???), if I try to delete B as well there is still conflict, all I can do is to ignore conflict. What kind of conflict resolving is this? To get started with something practical it would be _very_ nice if someone from KDE would implement a nsKDEShellService like the nsGNOMEShellService implementing this interface: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/browser/components/shell/public/nsI… It seems that at least something can be done using dcop commandline. I wonder if there is C/C++ interface as well (preferably w/o linking all of KDE for it).
