A guess:
If you are referring to your own edits: http://en.opensuse.org/Special:Preferences register: Watchlist "[x] Hide my edits from the watchlist"
should exclude your own edits form your watchlist
and "[x] E-mail me when a page on my watchlist is changed"
should in that case not result in an email for an edit by your own.
