Hello. I am looking for something like truecrypt. I want a program, that will have a encrypted file, and then mount that file as a virtual drive. Is this possible? If it isn't, I am just looking for a good file encrypter, that is easy too use. Well, for file encryption, there's always GPG, but why not use an encrypted file system? Linux supports it.

I encryp always my home partition using yast->system->partitioning and I mount it at boot. I see that the option to creat an encrypted file only is also available. Regards, -- Marek Chlopek

Hi: Jetico's bestcrypt does the job. www.jetico.com You have to build the program yourself but then it works perfectly on i386. I had problems with it on 64bit suse.
