[opensuse] xml directive to start an app full-screen
I have replaced a crashed hard drive which had win10 and no backup for a friend who cannot get past point-and-click :) I installed Leap 42.3, plasma5/kde the OP has and depends on an old dos recipe program, meals. It should have been possible to do with window rules. It ends up in $HOME/.config/kwinrulesrc If you start the application and right click on the title bar you can navigate to "More Actions" and from there "Special Application Settings". There you have size and position and further down "Fullscreen". Edit to your likings.

It should have been possible to do with window rules. It ends up in $HOME/.config/kwinrulesrc
If you start the application and right click on the title bar you can navigate to "More Actions" and from there "Special Application Settings". There you have size and position and further down "Fullscreen". Edit to your likings.
