Don't they only sell those editions only in so called "third world" countries? I remember a similar edition of Windows XP -- it could only support up to X MB of ram and X GB hard drive (something along the lines of 128mb / 40GB... IIRC)
If someone sells anything like vista to the developping world.... They will remain part for the developing world for a long long time ;-( They deserve better than that!
