Hi SuSE users, I purchased the boxed version of SuSE 6.2 and have it working perfectly. Got SuSE 6.3 at their booth at the LinuxWorld Expo in NY and installed it without any problems and it too works perfectly. I've been reading this newsgroup about problems upgrading from one version to another and everyone seems to have problems. I think the best way to do an upgrade is to install the newer version in a separate partition as I did and just copy all your config files and applications to the new version and when you have the new version as you want, reformat the old partition and have it ready for the next version. I also did this between SuSE 5.3 and 6.2. I have installed just about every distribution of linux and SuSE is the best. jozien -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
