I don't understand exactly what you did. What did you chmod?
I have typed by root in the / chmod o-w * -R
system wide, or just in one user's directory? Can you log in as another user and get a konsole?
Now i can start konsole only for root user. I have made a new user, but it can not still start konsole. I can either launch any other applications, like kwrite, korganizer, konqueror, etc. This are the permissions: -rw------- 1 masarn1 users 219 ott 21 12:44 .kde2/share/applnk/System/konsole.desktop
the system turn it so everytime i reboot.
