No, when the packagers change things around it can throw off the best of them. It's very disconcerting and should be kept to a minimum. I only discovered what was going on by downloading the source rpm and looking at the specification file, to see why it wasn't included.
Another way was just exhibited. Monitoring the mail lists. Good information passes.
