Can anyone tell me what "SECAM" means? Also I understand PAL and NTSC, but on this card is also "PAL BG", "PAL DK", "PAL I", the same with SECAM plus "SECAM LL".
SECAM (Sequential Coleur avec Memoire) is a standard for encoding TV signals (just like PAL and NTSC). It's used in France (and used to be used in eastern Germany). A google.com search found tons of more technical explanations.
