This looks like Ubiquiti requires too old version of glibc, see overview https://software.opensuse.org/package/glibc I'm not sure if You can have more versions of glibc installed together. I'm not sure if You can somehow force alien or unifi to use newer version of glibc than it was supposed to work with. Do they have on the web some newer version of Ubiquiti which could require newer version of glibc...?
I found this: https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Amarcelloceschia%3Aubiquiti&package=unifi This is for leap 42.2. It installed OK, but when I start it with systemctl and check it's status, I get: linux:~ # systemctl status unifi ● unifi.service - UniFi controller service Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/unifi.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: active (running) since Fri 2020-11-20 13:54:27 EST; 5min ago Main PID: 18892 (java) Tasks: 29 CGroup: /system.slice/unifi.service └─18892 /usr/bin/java -Xmx1024M -jar /opt/unifi/lib/ace.jar start Nov 20 13:54:27 linux systemd[1]: Started UniFi controller service. This is the URL that is supposed to be used and it works in Windows. I also added a Java runtime, but it didn't make any difference.
