Hi,
I try to upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 however I cannot get past the package conflict stage.
There are a lot of conflicts and I try to resolve them. However there are only two possible outcomes:
a) The whole installation crashes and is restarted.
If you tried to upgrade, the upgrade starts, and it chrashes, you can no longer try to upgrade: the status of the system will be unknown, mixed, and probably broken. You have to avenues: 1) restore the full backup you should have done before starting the procedure and try the upgrade again or 2) install fresh. If you didn't made a backup, then backup what you can and install fresh. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
