Just go directly from 10.3 to 11.2, it's untested but there's nothing that says it should not work,
zypper in 10.3 does not have dup. Just change the repositories or what?
Per http://en.opensuse.org/Upgrade the high level steps are: prep repos refresh repos install / upgrade zypper to the 11.2 version (zypper in zypper) perform upgrade (zypper dup) So as long as 10.3 has basic zypper function I think you should be able to follow the upgrade process.
