Hello together, I have been building a version of gimp 2.10 for openSUSE leap 15.1 from scratch, resolving all dependencies by creating/compiling the required packages. It's been a certain effort, but I have 2.10 now and I cannot state that it is very slow - but maybe I have a different usecase than others do. In contrast I really like several features of the new version. If anyone would be interested in a leap 15.1 gimp 2.10 with _all_ packages that need an update - just let me know. I can package my archive of rpm's and upload it so whoever is interested in could download & install the rpms. Best Dieter Am Montag, 11. Mai 2020, 19:00:55 CEST schrieb Atri Bhattacharya:

I added that repo Carlos mentioned. This repo contains version 1.5 of libmypaint, but not 1.4 as required by gimp of the same repo
I recall going through this self same idiocy myself.
