Try Micq or Licq. There are several ICQ's available. The first works from the console, the 2nd works in X and uses QT. I hate the Java ports cause they're bloated and slow. 2 Cents. On Sun, 16 Aug 1998, Art Coates Jr. wrote:
I'd like to use it, but have only found it in RedHat/Glibc2 versions. More appropriately, I'm looking to install it so that I can run ICQ for Java. If there is another way to have full-featured ICQ in SuSE until they get off thier buts and make the X version available, that'd help me too! :) Thanks.
