IIRC, I have more than one system with this problem. I just found one running 11.2 & 3.5.10 release 32.
I then did another zypper ref; zypper up. 36 packages affected, mostly KDE stuff. Nothing changed as result.
After my last thread post I tried zypper dup. That pulled about twice as many packages, again mostly KDE.
