Bugzilla is fine, let's stick to that.
"Bugzilla is fine???"
For tracking issues and making sure they are resolved, yes.
Sorry, but Bugzilla, JIRA and every similar piece of web-based bug-reporting, issue-tracking other management support software I've ever encountered is crap. Using them is like a trip to the dentist.
Too bad no one's using all the fancy AJAX techniques applied to Flickr, GMail, MySpace etc. to make the software needed by developers and their users more usable.
Bugzilla is open source, feel free to modify it this way if you wish. good luck, greg k-h -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
