Hi,
Somebody convinced my to try gmail, and so I got a gmail account. I configured fetchmail to get the emails, and it worked for some time. I was testing it on this list, some may have noticed my change of address during a few days. Then, suddenly, without changing anything, it stopped working with this error message:
Dec 20 14:08:47 nimrodel fetchmail[15825]: POP3< +OK [SYS/TEMP] Due to a temporary system problem, this mailbox will seem empty.
But this "temporary" error hasn't changed since Dec 14, when it started. I have googled, and found an email thread in "debian-user" ([OT] Gmail POP fails), with some people reporting the exact same error even earlier than me, with diferent email configurations, but no solution. I have not found any mention of this in gmail help either.
How about you people? Any clues, pointers?

I know I had to use secure POP3 (port 995) to get my mail not the default POP3 port. LDB
