-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi list, I posted this to the NG, but my news server is down, and I couldn't find it on google or any other news servers. I've got a Polaroid PDC 640 digital camera. It's connected by serial cable to the PC. Using digikam and gtkam, I can't get it to communicate with the camera for some reason. It has a 2MB memory card, but since it's not a USB connection, I don't know what to do. I desperately need the pictures on this camera. They contain photos of the area where my friend and I were assaulted a few days ago, and I took the pictures literally 15 minutes before it started to rain, and now all the blood is washed away. Please, if anyone has any ideas, I'd sure be thankfull. I feel at the end of a rope here. I'm disabled (have been for 3 and a half years), and the officer who responded to my 911 call is pulling a 'good ol' boy' cover up (the wife of the man who attacked us, is the daughter of the local preacher man...I unfortunately live in the bible belt, and am jewish...making this an uphill climb from the get go). Thanks for any help or ideas, I really do appreciate it. Take care and be good.
