There are already XFce4 rpms for SuSE 9.1 and you may download them from this site: http://xfce.org/index.php
Question.. I'm running the 64bit version, installing the i586 version should be ok right? Or is there plans for a 64bit conversion of Xfce?
I don't know that I would recommend running the i586 version. You could try rebuilding from the source RPMs. If that doesn't work, there *are* x86_64 RPMs of Xfce built for Fedora which should work on SuSE. http://moongroup.com/yum-repository/fedora/linux/1/x86_64/ . -- Homepage http://scott.exti.net XFce desktop environment http://www.xfce.org Goodies for the XFce desktop http://xfce-goodies.berlios.de GPG public key ID: 811B00AB
