Hello!
After several years with 11.3, I bit the bullet and did a clean 12.3/KDE install. All went well, except that the only resolutions available are 640x480 and 320x240. Are we back to editing Xorg.conf? (I installed the default drivers which gave me 1024x768; the Nvidia driver gave me the former worse situation.)FWIW, I have a GeoForce 8500 GT and a 24" LG screen which does 1920x1080@60Hz.
Oh, for the good old days of Sax2 ...
Any ideas?
