It's not quite what I expected. Crossover works great. You even get access to their support and updates for a while. It's different with WineX though. I'm sure it works great (even though I haven't tried it too much), but you need to install a bunch of gnome-packages to get it to work. For some reason I really don't like that (I'm a bit allergic to gnome for some reason). Furthermore, you get no updates or support whatsoever from the transgaming/winex team. And aren't you supposed to get the source for WineX? You don't get it with the Wine Rack cd. So if Crossover is what you really want, then Wine Rack could be worth it, but then, you could just as easily (and it's probably cheaper) buy it directly from Crossover as they provide rpms as well. That's my opinion anyway. Btw, you don't get any docs or anything with the Wine Rack cd. (not that you would anywhere else though, I'm just saying). a.j onsdag 14 januari 2004 17:36 skrev Gary Ernst:
is anyone successfully using WineRack with SuSE 9.0 (pro) ? if so, would share what works and what doesn't ?
