Maybe it could be recompressed with ffmpeg, but for I didn't think it worth it :-?
I downloaded and viewed it. What is the format and file size of the videos? Are they embedded in the document or linked?
The document is a plain text document with _static_ JPG images, which LibreOffice is constantly refreshing, so the blink one by one in turn as you see in the video.
