Why is Leap x86_64 only? What is the technical reason openSuSE cannot build i586 packages as well. I would expect to see the "We don't want you anymore" kiss-off to i586 from the bleeding edge distros well before openSuSE. Arch (the bleeding edge) still packages i686 on the 4.2 kernel, so it isn't a "can't be done issue". Why now?
Perhaps visit opensuse-factory where Leap is discussed. Better yet, visit opensuse-factory archives as there was quite extensive ?debate? about arch which surely does not need to be revisited. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
