The graphical login manager, I don't know what it's called, doesn't accept any keyboard input. The display comes up with the user icons, the mouse works - so I can select an icon, the keyboard doesn't work - so I can't enter a password. I have X configured as I need it for users, if I start up a boot to stop at init 3, then log in, then do startx, then all is well. -- Colin Murphy - QL.4.Ever@bigfoot.com - ICQ# 13630409 A GLLUG Greater London Linux User Group organiser, for the 'mo. http://gllug.linux.co.uk
