KGPG and evolution encryption issues

I have been having a problem with GPG. I am running a fresh install of 8.2, with all available updates. I can create a gpg key, which works fine at the command line and in Kmail, however when I try to send an e-mail to myself in evolution, I cannot decrypt it when it arrives. I also have this issue with the KGPG applet. When I use the applet to encrypt clipboard, it never accepts my passphrase for decrypting. Has anyone else experienced this? Bill Jarrett
