**Or maybe I can't do it? Thanks, Steve.
Steve,
Have a look in /etc, there should be a ssh directory where you can set
up most of it IIRC ...
Generally you must set up sshd on your boxen to listen for a call from
another ssh deamon presumably one you have told it is okay to accept
calls from. you'll also need you hosts equivelent fiel to include the
aceptable hosts .... ( those you WANT to acept ssh calls from.... )
If you want or need to get into it seriously, there is an Oreily has a
book called SSH --something... It seems to have wandered from my
library <sigh>
It is good in that it helps you know why it does what it does..
Also there is an updated version of SSH on the SuSE uodate software
connection today .. for 8.0, adn apparerntly for some of the earlier
SuSEs.
