We spent a little time on monday looking at doing this, the problem we ran into though is that x86 on its own is still larger than 4.7Gb. Admittedly we didnt spend a hell of alot of time looking at it so there may be more you can strip out.
It s possible to remove kernel-versions and language-files you never will install. I failed to master a new iso. Booting ends with checksum error but someone wrote me that the made an working image using the windows-tool ultra-iso.
