Hi list,
I need some image viewer for basic operations with my photos. I tried JCDsee, gthumb and some other viewers, but I didn't find one to satisfy me.
The main criterias for me is: - fast. don't hangs when creating directory thumbnails - have some possibilities for images edition (contrast, exposure, etc.) - batch processing

Like Clayton mentioned, Picasa from Google. It works great, has most of the features one needs and does a decent job of outputting to the web. JDD mentioned Digikam, which is also very good. In fact, I believe it has some more durable tools than Picasa does. Either will work great for you. My only reason for using Picasa over Digikam is I like the web layout it provides (makes things brain dead easy for me) and it works on Wintendo as well, so I can use it on my 2K/XP machines as well as my SUSE machines. -- kai www.perfectreign.com || www.4thedadz.com www.filesite.org || www.donutmonster.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
