I am considering doing an upgrade of my 11.1 system to an 11.2 system with zypper dup. I have these questions:
Hello Have you read this first ? http://en.opensuse.org/Upgrade german http://de.opensuse.org/Upgrade Greets Michael
1) Are there any assumptions about what is installed on 11.1? I have moved some things to use more recent things, like a newer evolution, or KDE. They are from the OBS. I think they are probably the same as will be in 11.2. I know these repos will be removed as part of the update.
2) Is it possible to get a listing of what would be done, without it actually happening? I do not know what I expect to see in the listing, but maybe something will make me a little more confident about doing the update.
3) Should I be able to turn on the flag to tell that all things should be downloaded first, then changes to the system can happen? If so, how do I enable that flag?
