Let me tell what I want: I want to know what are the requirements in CPU capacity and video card for an openSUSE system ; for instance for 13.2 or Tumbleweed.
Until yesterday, I had some old systems that ran 13.2 on 400MHz Pentium IIs with onboard video.
For a system with GUI, you'll probably want more than that. A ancient single-core Pentium IV with 1Gb will do. I've just ordered an Intel Compute Stick that runs Ubuntu 14.04.
Your question can really only be answered by another question - what do you want to do with your openSUSE 13.2 system?
