Hi,
I try to upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 however I cannot get past the package conflict stage.
There are a lot of conflicts and I try to resolve them. However there are only two possible outcomes:
A new installation is always recommended, if possible. Have you installed packages from other repositories, eg. Packman? This could be the reason you are not able to go past the conflict resolution stage. If you have packages from third-party repositories, check out this URL: http://en.opensuse.org/Updating_SUSE_Linux. You will need to make sure that you update and enable *all* your repositories in the Yast "Installation source" module (if you have used any of the Build Service repositories I would suggest to disable these until the update is complete).
