The only one I know of that is written for all 3 OSs, is Mulberry. It initially was designed for IMAP, but now can also be used for POP too. It is an outstanding MUA, and is constantly in development, and handles PGP too, and HTML, etc. It will handle the Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, etc. It is not free, but it is nice, and probably the fastest IMAP MUA ever... Try it for 30 days...
